CONDICIONES DE ENTREGA

1. Entregaremos tus productos hasta donde las vías de acceso de tu domicilio lo permitan. Debes considerar que el tamaño del producto que elegiste pueda ingresar con facilidad a tu domicilio (según dimensiones de tu escalera, ascensor y/o puerta de ingreso). Importante: si el producto es de grandes dimensiones, sólo podremos realizar el despacho hasta el primer (1er) piso.

2. No estamos facultados en realizar maniobras especiales, incluyendo (pero no limitado a): desmontaje de puertas y ventanas, ingreso de productos grandes por escaleras y/o ascensores estrechos).

3. Si autorizas a una persona a recibir el producto en tu ausencia, es indispensable que tenga a la mano su DNI durante el despacho (no se entregarán productos a menores de edad).

4. Al momento de la entrega, la persona que recibe el producto es responsable de revisar el producto, accesorios, manuales y certificado de garantía antes que se retire el operador logístico de SMARTBUSINESS.PE. Una vez que se haya retirado el operador, no habrá lugar a devolución o reclamo de partes faltantes.

5. Como velamos por la seguridad de la entrega de tu producto, no podemos acceder a un cambio de domicilio y/o de responsable de recepción, a último minuto. En caso se solicite este tipo de cambios, la entrega queda bajo responsabilidad del titular.

CONDICIONES DESPACHO INMEDIATO ( ENVIO EXPRESS )

1. Este servicio aplica solo para las compras realizadas de lunes a viernes hasta las 18:00 y los sábados hasta las 12m. No aplica domingos y feriados.

El Despacho Inmediato está disponible para los siguientes distritos de Lima Metropolitana : Santiago de Surco, Barranco, Breña, Jesús María, La Victoria, Lima, Lince, Magdalena del Mar, Miraflores, Pueblo Libre, San Borja, San Isidro, San Luis, San Miguel, Surquillo, Comas, San Martín de Porres, Independencia, Los Olivos, Bella vista, Ventanilla.

3. Por posibles restricciones en la capacidad del transporte el servicio de Despacho Inmediato no aplica para compras por volumen, si es el caso se le comunicará vía email la fecha de despacho más próxima disponible.
De la misma manera este servicio no aplica para productos de mayor tamaño y peso, por ejemplo : Televisores, Servidores, Muebles de cómputo, UPS entre otros de gran tamaño.
